2.Who can buy

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United Kingdom. These terms are written for consumers buying for personal use.

3.Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We will email you to acknowledge it, and the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order for the reasons set out in our Billing Policy, in which case we will refund you in full.

4.Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and packaging may vary from the images shown.

Please check dimensions, power source, specifications and suitability for your garden before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before buying and we will help where we can.

5.Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The total, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment terms are set out in our Billing Terms & Conditions.

6.Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Details are in our Delivery Policy. The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

7.Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You can return an item for any reason within 90 days of receiving it, and we cover the cost of the return. This is in addition to your legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Every product also comes with a 3-year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy and Warranty & Replacement Policy.

8.Safe use and assembly

  • Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidance, especially for powered machinery.
  • Garden buildings and play equipment must be assembled and anchored as the instructions describe, on suitable level ground.
  • Play equipment should be used under appropriate adult supervision.

9.Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are sold for domestic use.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12.Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
